The City of Montreal recently announced that it will ban all e-scooters from the City’s streets. This comes after the city completed a 3 month pilot project assessment last summer and determined that citizens were not adhering to the rules and that the micromobility vehicle operators were not enforcing them. This has caused a bit of stir in the city and Professor McKenzie was invited to CBC Radio Noon Quebec to discuss the ban.
